ESI ProCAST is used to simulate the production of cast parts using many production methods. Simulating processes such as mold filling, freezing and structure of cast parts is one of the most effective methods for producing healthy parts with desirable mechanical properties by casting method. Among these methods are casting in permanent molds, anti-gravity, sand casting, precision casting, etc.

-Windows Server 2012 R2 with Update
-Windows 8.1 with Update
-Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 with latest updates
-Windows 7 SP1 with latest updates
CPU:x86 or x64 compatible processors (Intel, AMD, VIA…).
Memory:4 GigaBytes of Memory recommended
Super VGA monitor with the following settings:
-Screen resolution set to at least 1600 x 1200
-Small fonts selected
-OpenGL hardware graphic accelerator (highly recommended). A minimum of OpenGL 1.2 compatible drivers are required.
-9.6 GBytes of disk (free) space required in the Program Files folder for complete installation.
-3 button mouse (middle button required for dynamic rotations in graphic window)
